Bio [ Name ] – Tseng
[ Elements ] – Lightening and Holy
[ Teacher or Student ] – Fourth year Shiva student
[ Room ] - Freeze
[ Roommates ] - Ark, Rufus
[ Character Profile ] – Tseng is the youngest second-in-command of the Turks, and he reports directly to Veld, his mentor and father figure (though he will not admit it). He is being groomed for the head position of the Turks, and as such, is sent on a lot of missions, though at the moment his main mission is to keep the heir to the ShinRa line safe. Even at being 22 years old, he is already serious and does everything to the letter.
[ Appearance ] – Tseng comes from the land of Wutai, which is located in the eastern part of the continents. As such, he has the basic characteristics of a man from that country, with black hair that he pulls back into a high ponytail, and black eyes that sometime shine violet in the light, due to being near mako for a long amount of time. He stands at 6 foot, and is always wearing his clothes with the right amount of perfection. He can always be seen wearing a suit and tie, as he had been trained to do, and when he is off duty (which is rarely) he wears a nice shirt with casual slacks.
[ Personality ] – Tseng is calm, collected, and seems to be very stable. He seems cold at times, but that is merely when he is on the clock. He is very proficient at his job, and is a bit of a perfectionist, though since he is paid to be one, that is fine. His strengths are in fighting, analyzing a situation and discovering a quick solution, and being able to read a person well. Though it never seems like it, he is human, and so he does have weaknesses, though he hides them well, even when he needs to feel needed, he always pushes himself too hard, and after a few close encounters with death he has a slight fear of it
